There is a short window between placing an order and when your order has shipped. If the order is not yet shipped, changes can be made.

If there is a problem with your order such as an incomplete shipping address or any details for a custom order that need to be clarified I will always attempt to contact you via the contact details on your order invoice.

Any refunds would have to be returned in original, unused, un-opened condition with buyer to pay for cost of return.
